Jonathan Bruno Featured In Pennsylvania Lawyer Magazine

Attorney Zachary Gordon was quoted in The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette regarding his representation of the newspaper in their Right-to-Know-Law request seeking severance pay information. Attorney Gordon represented the newspaper before the Allegheny County Common Pleas Court and in the Commonwealth Court. Both courts agreed that the records were public and should be released. Del Sole Cavanaugh Stroyd LLC congratulates Attorney Zachary Gordon  for being appointed to a three-year term as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Bar/Press Committee. This state-wide committee includes lawyers, judges, and members of the media. The committee promotes increasing cooperation and dialogue among the press, the bar, and the bench. Del Sole Cavanaugh Stroyd congratulates partner Arthur H. Stroyd Jr., Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. board member emeritus and alum from LP class VIII, on his receipt of the 2024 Leadership Pittsburgh Aradhna Award.

Attorney Stroyd was an officer in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and his legal career spans over 40 years.  During that time, he served as president of the Allegheny County Bar Association and as a board member for the Lawyers Fund for Client Security. He also served on boards for Center for Theatre Arts, the Mt. Lebanon Hospital Authority, Neighborhood Legal Services Association, the Senator John Heinz History Center and the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute. He has also been president of the Mt. Lebanon School Board.
